Colby, Kansas | Interesting how peoples experiences differ. I'm the unofficial IT guy at our farm and I won't allow any brand other than Lenovo (excpet some HP business class desktops). My caveat to that is I only recommend people buy business grade machines from any brand (in Lenovo that means T or X series ThinkPads, ThinkCentre Desktops etc). Lenovo just like any other brand (Dell etc.) puts out some junk in their consumer lines. We're running 4 tablets, 3 desktops, 4 laptops, and a server, all Lenovo business class machines, rugged, durable and goods parts/service.
I'd say BestBuy is who deserves your wrath along with Lenovo. I have always found Lenovo parts/support to be helpful with english speaking folks on the other end of the line and domestic facilities. I had a relatively new laptop have a motherboard issue (under warranty), they paid the airfreight both ways, I was without my computer a total of 4 days.
