| Exactly right. If you want a good consumer laptop, buy an Apple machine but your software choices will be limited and you'll pay as much as a business class machine from another company (more if you install Windows on it so you can have more software options). You will also have a worse warranty through Apple than the business models of other companies.
If you buy the consumer line of any non-Apple company, you will likely have problems. They are way cheaper than the business counterparts and way cheaper than consumer grade Apple machines. What do you expect? | |
