When I was talking to salesman I was told about the above. If I failed to do so its on me. If salesman failed to explain to customer its on him. If elevator was told and choose to ignore its on them. Long story short there is a lot of fingers to point. Just seems like an excuse to sue imo but then again that is becoming the American way.
That's correct and it's sad to see how many on here are more than willing to jump on the sue happy bandwagon for a couple bucks. Funny thing is the next thread about someone getting sued for some stupid reason everyone will be up in arms about it. Hypocrisy it seems |
