| I was at a meeting Mr Watt spoke at. Very interesting person to listen to. I'm not going to argue the merits of the lawsuit one way or another, every one has to decide for themselves whether to take part or not. However, one thing that I remember Mr Watt saying is this is not a class action lawsuit, you are suing Sygenta & he is representing you, at no cost. One thing to remember, you have to furnish all grain settlement sheets, with prices, plus any other information that may be requested of you. Once that information becomes part of a public trial it is public information. Something to think about. | |
