generally speaking that's true. I have been in 2 similar {gm gas tank and a bankruptcy} and gotten screwed both times...here this guy as put up 4 m and is taking 40%..we put up nothing and get 60% so he has a lot of skin in the game. Let's say sometime in the future we get 50 cents....that's real money
