Throw the lawsuit garbage in the trash.  The only people that benefit from these lawsuits are the law firms that take in millions.  In the long run it will only costs the farmer because it will hurt Syngenta and reduce competition in the market.

These law firms trying to get people to sign up with them are nothing better than the ambulance chasers.
