Schlegel Farms, Hagerstown Indiana

Truck inspaection in Indiana has been the pervue of state troopers for some time now.
I haven't heard of a farmer getting inspected for a long time as the DOT officers are almost completely gone.
The troop is not going to get dirty inspecting trucks and getting out the mobile scales.
All they do around here is man the chicken coops.
INDY

Mitch Danials cut the INDOT budget, the State Police have taken over their duties.

There use to be 5 or 6 at least 4 DOT guys always showed up to inspect school buses..................now one State Cop shows up.

It's stopped a lot of the nonsense they used to look at.....now they just concentrate on safety items.
