NWC Ohio
What a bunch if crap!!! Its just another way to suck money from someone, mainly farmers. I wonder what there target vehicles will be, loud coal rollers with no functioning emissions equipment? Easy money making target for them.

Fwiw in Ohio the State highway patrol will randomly set up and pull people thru a visual safety inspection, just checking that all lights and horn work properly and windshield is ok. Then they put a sticker in your window saying its good. Although the sticker really means nothing cause if you get pulled over elsewhere for the same thing they inspect it again. 2 or three minute ordeal and back on the road if no inoperative lights.
