S.Dakota | Congratulations for knowing your numbers and not just "hoping for a miracle" and keep on renting it at a loss. The sad part is someone will know that you did take care of the land and come and mine the fertility you are leaving behind. Hopefully the farm manager can monitor that to prevent it from happening. Been down that road myself, it sucks to watch someone steal from the soil that you paid for and worked hard to build. | |
