You gotta do what works for you. I would, though, as mentioned above, leave the farm manager an offer on the table you could live with---say $200.00/a, which is plenty. It may just be setting a bottom on that farm, or maybe, since you farmed it so long, give you last chance should they not get it from anyone else.
