| For the first time in my career I sent a letter terminating a lease, this year the farm was all corn and rented at $300.00 thanks to a good crop and a little lucky marketing will make a little this year, but can't see putting beans on it next year at that level. Sucks but it's the world we live in, the way the farm manager acted on the phone sounds like I'm out for next year if the letter gets sent. So I guess this is the end, farmed the place for 12 years and I'm living a lot of fertilizer. | |
