Plant it early and it will pollinate before field crops. No separation needed.


Working with clay, we can't plant too too early. Plus we wouldn't have a whole lot of wiggle room with choosing an earlier type as the processor'd provide the seed. But from what everyone seems to be saying, so long as I talk with my neighbours and make sure they aren't planting anything that tassles too early, should be fine?

I'll try and work out something to get out planting early as possible. Thanks for the help.
