North Central Montana (Conrad) | Do not feel bad. I have numerous things thanking me for getting that chisel plow/rod weeder back out after 18 yrs. My other equipment, my back and my crop says thank you for getting rid of all those gopher/badger/rabbit holes that are killers in more than one way. Plus I have not heard of a plow resistant weed yet. Only the ones you miss when you skip. And now with auto steer that is almost non existent. I am proud to plow again. Now don't think I will keep doing it. I understand the wind erosion thing very well. This is a one time deal to hopefully help solve one of my biggest problems. Pest damage.
