Dearfield Co. | Well if you accidentally didn't do the mailed one its one thing but I laugh at all the people who are ignorant of the way census is done . The way it was explained to me is instead of the every 4 year thing its ongoing so they can keep better track of population changes in communities -----------this helps keep tax money for essential services flowing based on population densities and in doing this yearly instead of every 4 years it might help keep your fire equipment and ambulances updated etc.
I also have to laugh at everyone who raises a stink about the governmental waste and then refuse to take the few minutes to do a census report. When you don't they actually will send a worker out and keep bugging you until you fill it out. I wonder how many of our tax $$$$ are being wasted by this attitude. Census is a mandatory deal and I asked what happenes to the ones who refuse and the worker told me that was above her pay level.
Do us taxpayers a favor and just fill the damn thing out------- | |
