E.Central MN | Our state(MN) dept of ag expects commercial applicators to have records available that show what was sprayed, EPA #, time of day, location, wind speed, etc. If the applicator can't provide that information then the operator would be violating his commercial pesticide license. At the very least he would be guilty of having sloppy records and could be fined for each violation. And that hasn't even dealt with the off target application that contacted an unprotected person. Its a serious incident even if its unlikely the overspray has any health consequences. | |
