What market is this straw going into--cow bedding, horses, mulch, something else?

probably in order of largest use:
-Mushroom growers are the big users in Pennsylvania and a couple in Ontario
-In the rest of the US the major use is in dairy rations.
-Many of the dairies have already moved to sand or other stuff to bed with as much as possible because straw costs too much.
-Horsey people prefer wood shavings I believe...less dust.
-Landscaping and construction crews use it to aid in grass seed germination (i.e. straw blankets)
-I hear Gin Sing growers put down a mat of straw a foot think on top of the ground. Good thing there isn`t much gin sing grown.
