I went back and started looking at weather headlines in 2010. It was around July 14 a dome of heat set up over the Midwest with temps 95 or higher. It apparently lasted around two and half weeks. I looked at the fifteen day forecast for my neck of the woods and I see one day maybe touching 90 with ten chances of rain. It would be extremely difficult for us to get into trouble with heat from here unless we have a major shift in the weather pattern. Thanks for pointing out the warm temps.
