Subject: RE: Guys that added hyd down force on your planter

I run a Kinze 3600 16 by 32. We modified it to plant twin row corn, beans, and milo here in nw indiana. I ran it 2 years 2012 and 2013 with PP airforce and lift bags with Kinze springs. All 32 rows was all one system. It was a headache because the front rows took more down pressure than the back and the ends of the planter less than the center. We have 1.6 bushel boxes as well. Out maps on field view were not pretty. In 2014 we added Delta force and we loved them. We farm all types of ground and different types of tillage everywhere.

Back in 2010 we had a JD planter in 30 inch rows that we done a field trial we set up. manual 30 pounds of air pressure in the bags versus air force. the airforce was better and about 4 bushel on average and every pass we showed about .4 dryer corn. Thanks Brian
