Highly doubt you need hydraulic downforce in full tillage. I run Precisions air force setup and it is more than adequate in full tillage, but lacking a little in no till. With some people switching over to Delta, you could grab a used Air force setup for pennies on the dollar vs delta and have a very capable planter with extra money in your pocket.
