Coming in here a little late but as of this morning I was 260!
Last Sunday was my birthday, I turned 50. Our son William who was born on my birthday would have been 28.
My sister surprised us coming over from the Netherlands with 2 of her kids. (They had this planned since last December already and Andrew knew this whole time!)  They stayed 2 weeks. It sure was nice to have them with us on that difficult day.
We had a little get together with some friends and several of Williams friends.
Been extremely busy on the farm. Still have a lot of planting to do.  Lots and lots of spraying to be done and of course it's windy every day. Which means getting started very early every morning. Hard to do when you have company and don't get in bed early! Other then my sister, John and Carlijn there was someone over nearly every night for the last 2 weeks.
But it was a good problem to have! They flew back yesterday and landed safely in Holland this morning.

My oldest sister and husband are coming in November and are bringing my 86 yr old Mom!
