MW ON | A day late, but checking in just the same. I am down 4 lbs from last week, which had a 2 pound gain. I seem to be following a pattern here. The trend is downward, so I'm pleased.
I managed to injure my knees training for an upcoming 5k with my son. I've been getting ultrasound treatments at the chiro, and warned NO RUNNING. At least I can still walk briskly and am paying attention to the doctor. He joked that if I couldn't walk, he would be treating my mental health issues as well!
