25k, you got way to much tied into it, course yours is a 16 row and ours a 12. I think we paid 16,500 for this one 10 years ago, course we've spent lot on it since but still. Planter is a 91 and tractor is 98, less then 75k tied up in both of them. Side dressing this past week i was very happy with job planter did but i wasn't happy how much the cold weather and rains have thinned our stands in places. I did some math on few local operations running new planters, friend told me what they cost, adjusting for the amount of acres and we would have to have a 42k planter before we were even with few local large operations.
