East Central, Ga | Since I am the warranty writer at a NH dealership I would like to comment on this post. I can assure you that NH does warranty repairs from defects in their equipment and since equipment is made and assembled by people there will be some defects, regardless of color! What some people don't seem to understand is the importance of good relationships with your dealer! So many guys want to buy from the "cheapest" dealer they can find and then expect their "local" dealer to go to bat for them on warrantable issues! Of course NH has tightened the ropes on ridiculous claims, but that is because so many are out to get the warranty to pay for "operator error" failures. If you truly feel like you are getting ripped off, get your equipment somewhere else--but build a good relationship with the dealer you buy from! | |
