Whats the combined GVWR rating of the pickup and trailer? Local DOT guy told me that's what they go by. Over 26,000 and you need a CDL. When your 500 miles from home the local farm exemption is not going to work either.
This is true even in Illinois. State is nailing everyone over here. I mean eveyone. Im glad too to see it happen. Farm exemption doesn't work here. Know of many busted.
