From the description, I would wing it, sounds like Farmer John going after a tractor he bought, and he is not making any money doing it.
If you love traveling, the best thing to do is go buy crap on an online auction and then go get it. Its a terribly expensive game of hide and go seek, but it is fun, and as long as you got a good deal, worthwhile as well.
