UBUNTU doesn't have adware.
It's free.
It runs faster.
It doesn't need antivirus.
It comes with Libre office which reads and writes Microsoft Office files in Excel and Word.
x2 Been running Ubuntu on my personal computers for a decade. Just got a brand new computer for the office with windows 8.1 and it sucks something awful. Very slow, already has virus issues, much worse than windows 7 even. It has 3 times the processing power and 4 times the ram of the computer I'm on now and it struggles to run firefox and open office at the same time.
