Thanks for info. We're familiar w/the machine synch & their newest release. We've had it for a couple of yrs on our combine & grain cart tractor. Combine operator guides the grain cart. Wroks great. However, the problem we have with the machine synch they have presently & you touch upon it....both tractors do have to be in the same field simultaneously, or at least very close by. That wouldn't be practical in our application. We could be as far as 25 mis apart, but working at the same time. Or, the tractor doing the headlands could conceivably be done with their work  & put the tractor in the shed, literally. So,  it's not practical as it exists, if I understand the mechanics of it's operating area..
