Piston pump?

G and C said they had a piston pump they used....but it was at least five times as much money as our simple old gear pump...plus we already had it set up to bolt on the tractor, just had to steal it off of the 32-15 HRF.  Not sure what our long-term plan is for that planter.  I was supposed to buy a replacement pump on eBay one day last week but I got sidetracked after lunch and missed the end of the auction...sold for half price, of course.   40 gpm at 1000 rpm.  Makes plenty to run the planter fans and Big John.  Started with just the fans on it, then switched the hydraulic drive over after the first rain.  Getting everything but raise/lower off of the crappy squealing NH hydraulics sure made it a different machine to drive.
