don't wait if the dr says to get one-----------------I have known several young guys who have issues and weight loss compounded it . Sometimes surgery is the answer and sometimes a cpap is the solution. in time the weight loss will help but if you look at the picture of a throat of someone with apnea you will have a better understanding of what is happening
