Another sign of apnea is getting up to pee several times a nite. You might google stop snoring, there is a place in Dallas that i know of several people, who have had good results. They put sticks in the doo hicky that causes snoring.
Getting up to pee several times a nite isn't a problem. Now NOT getting up to pee, THAT would be a problem ;-)
