#1 don't know. I ask My Deere dealer and they tell Me if I can fix it, or their tech needs to come out.
#2, Mine was leaking in the PTO valve body below Your left foot under the cab. Tech came out and pressure checked, said leaking internal. Put repair kit in and fixed in about an hour. Needed to set the hold pressure, or something like that, also.
