Take a tape measure and mark out 380'. Chop the amount of silage you normally would and pack it in a row between your 2 marks. Start feeding from one end and by the end of 365 days, you should be near the end of your pile. Could also do this in 2 piles that are just short of 200' each. (400 days of feed).
