2100 SF main floor, 2100 SF basement; both well insulated. 4 T unit, buried loops. We've been below 10* F many times this winter. Set at 76 or 77----maintains temperature and electric heat has never kicked on. Do have 6" walls well insulated and basement has 3.5" of foam board.
