Mike, you are right. Even if it is cold you can dress in layers and get out there and walk. My dad use to walk a couple miles at the age of eighty and would come home with icicles hanging from his scarf across his face. I chose to walk in AZ. The only thing with wLking when it is cold is the roads or sidewalks might be slippery.
