I had a good week lost 3 pounds. Under 190 for the first time in a while, and about 20 total so far. I've been losing about 2 pounds every week except one week where I only lost 1 pound. So this week makes up for that and gets me back to my 2 pound average. I can see some difference. I have felt some difference for over a month.
