| Boy you will have to hustle to get that 20 mile hike in between your social events Roger. Let me remind you that there will always be social events, birthdays, anniversaries, date night out, lots and lots of days where you can think I will start again tomorrow. Just enjoy the event and visit with all the people there. It doesn't have to be just about the food. Sample every thing that you want, but if you stick to just a spoonful instead of huge portions it won't sabotage your healthy eating. Have a good week. | |
