There are countless acts by athletes or students or whoever that are great and heartfelt, but that isn't going to be on the news unless that person is the best player on their team or it's a local story. Because it just won't have ratings.
I guess we just disagree on the morals of society.
I've seen amazing kids that I'm sure you would be proud of, and I've seen people making poor decisions. I guess I'm in the camp that there have always been poor decison makers, and that their poor decisions are more publicized now. |
