I'm in year 25 farming, have seen several farm bills.
This is about the worst regarding mechanics, structure
etc. you are forced to guess price trends a couple years
ahead, something the experts can't do. I thought the
goal was to simplify and downsize the farm bill. We sure
didnt with this one. Try explaining all this to an 87
year old landlady.
