I agree. This is the biggest joke for a farm bill. If you just
rotate corn & beans every year it wouldn't be to bad, but you
add wheat & double crop on several farms its time consuming
and complicated to fill out all the paper work. It may pay some
money, even this fall, but way to complicated IMO.
