with the alfalfa in it, I would probably go for corn, but only if you use a different closing wheel, tried a stock rubber wheel into similar situation and didn't like the results..uneven emergence. I run a Schaffert toothed closing wheel for no-till and like it. If you don't access to another closing wheel, id go with beans, and maybe get a hay crop also. that's what worked for me here in southern il, good luck
