Forgot to weight last week, but down 5 in 2 weeks. Heading to Mexico on Wednesday.
Have been more active lately, but really focusing on taking out the stupid calories, like the 100-200 calories for a brownie I can eat in 20 seconds.
200 calories a day swing is almost a 1/2 lb a week. Good luck everyone.
