| Don't be embarrassed Brandon. It happens. I would suggest to check your portions. Sometimes the mind will tell you that it isn't that much, but if you weigh or measure your serving size it can really be different. A good tool to have in the kitchen is a food scale. Not the old fashion ones that are super cheap, get one that measures in ounces/pounds or grams. Not that expensive. I got mine for less then $30. Good luck and thanks for posting. | |
