Lincoln, you are doing a great job. I just read a story from a contestant from The Biggest Loser, about the extremes they made them go through for the sake of good tv. When we have a lot of weight to lose, we would love for it to go faster. But that isn't healthy. So keep doing what you are doing and have another good week.
