Sunburst Montana

Our 16" by 70' Bergen used a hydraulic drive swing away.  Worked good and didn't have a problem matching the speeds of both augers.  There was a decal on the side that said "Run 300 rpms."  A tractor that was needed to run an auger that size most of the time would have adequate hydraulics and so our JD 7410 was a good fit for it.  But I'm guessing most farmers wanted a gear box drive to lessen the tractor requirements.
