| My Dad's 1996 Chev. 1500 PU will not start. I think it has the 4.3L engine. He hasn't used it for several months and wanted to use it and it will not start. The starter spins it over fine and I can hear the fuel pump running. I gave it a sniff of ether and it will not fire at all. I took out a plug and it is wet with gas. It doesn't have any spark.
Where do you start to troubleshoot this? Thank you for any help.
