ND | I have been raising non gmo beans & it works but it is more expensive on the input side because the sprays are a lot more expensive then Rdup but see a need for not having so many fields being sprayed with Rdup. On the corn side the conventional side is maybe more scary because all you can plant is a plain jane corn & be susceptible to the whole insect world which loves the taste of green corn plants, the disease & insect pressure is toooooo great. If the price for non gmo-corn could be higher then maybe it would be possible but no one has stepped up-they all want it cheap & it doesn't work for us--not a level playing field. | |
