Really like microwave scrambled eggs. Crack 2 or 3 in a bowl, whisk, add milk, salt, pepper, maybe a little onion and bell pepper, and nuke on high for one minute per egg. Makes great , really fast, neat eggs. Oh, and they stay really hot for a long time. Protein is needed to burn fat.
Add some pre-cooked sausage, bacon or ham bits . . .. . even hamburger. Very fast, good hearty breakfast to start the day . .. . . . .
