Tri-State Area (WI, MN, IA) | I've lost about 30 pounds eating 3 small meals with 3 snacks each day. More to go but feel like I have something that'll work. Peanut butter on 2 pieces of whole wheat toast and Greek yogurt for breakfast then apple and string cheese mid morning etc.
Protein shakes with milk taste great for breakfast too
As others have said the key is to match up some protein with your carbs and portion your carbs. |
