MW ON
Plain greek yogurt, not the fruit added one. Sprinkle a tbsp of chia seeds on top, some granola, and whatever fresh fruit you like -- kiwi, pineapple, blueberries etc. Give it a stir and enjoy. We find it keeps us full longer than cereal ever did.

Steel cut oats -- before going to bed, bring 3 cups water to a boil and add 1 cup steel cut oats to the pan. Cover and turn off the heat. By morning they are cooked and all you need to do is stir in some milk and heat the mixture. Add whatever you like to garnish it -- fruit, granola, flax etc. Put leftovers in the fridge for the next morning.
