Keep us posted Chuck with pictures if you can. I've got a wood pellet grill also but I've never used it for a turkey yet. I really like mine. My wife bought a smaller, I think she said 12 pounder so mine wouldn't take so long. Guess I'm to chicken to try it on my family coming :-).
